However, an entrepreneur´s ideas are not always as unique as they seem to think, and sometimes we find ourselves already involved in projects that overlap with what others believe to be novel ideas. That is why we are not willing, in such an early phase, to sign agreements where we waive rights or bind ourselves or our partners in any way.
